Great site to check out.  Also surf Mike Rowe's web site, Dirty Jobs.  I am so taken with the message because it supports and affirms my feelings about our lack of education in our education system.  The lack of understanding of the importance of what today's labor needs to bring to the table to be cost effective is incredible.  Each laborer today has a need for business savvy and understanding of being their own profit center in today's global economic contest.
